1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

All online store orders are reviewed, verified, and carefully packed in climate-controlled conditions at our Karachi facility Monday through Saturday:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT are dispatched on the same business day.
Karachi Deliveries: Typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
Major Metros (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta): Delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
Secondary Cities & Remote Regions: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

We provide transparent, flat-rate shipping with complimentary delivery for qualifying orders across Pakistan:

Standard Delivery: Flat Rs. 200 fee on retail orders nationwide.
Free Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout on all orders totaling Rs. 3,000 or more.
Bulk Wholesale & B2B Orders: Freight charges are calculated based on pallet volume, weight, and destination delivery specifications.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Pre-Paid Orders

For customer convenience, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide for retail supplement orders up to Rs. 25,000. For higher value or custom corporate orders, secure bank transfer or mobile wallet advance payment is required.

Please have the exact cash amount ready for the courier rider upon delivery.
Advance payment via IBFT / JazzCash / EasyPaisa is supported during checkout.

4. Shipment Tracking & Notifications

Once your package is handed over to our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, Trax, Call Courier), you will receive a tracking code via SMS and email. You can also monitor your live shipment progress anytime using our dedicated online Track Order page with your Order Number or Tracking ID.

Courier tracking link is activated within 4 to 8 hours of dispatch.
Riders attempt delivery up to two times before returning an uncollected package.

For contract manufacturing and private label clients, Elate Pharma coordinates freight forwarding by road, air, and sea container. We provide full export documentation including Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Free Sale, and customs declarations.
